We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match the description or Certificate of Analysis
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise not in their original sealed condition. We also do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement, contact our support team at customersupport@coffeeandpeppers.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for the request
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
