All products sold by Coffee & Peppers are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or professional operating in a controlled laboratory environment and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping Protection

All products sold are research materials. All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once submitted. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final and immediately enters processing.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect product selection
• Delays caused by carrier
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

Package Protection
If Package Protection is selected at checkout, we will replace or credit any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims are handled directly by our team – contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the confirmed or expected delivery date.

If Package Protection is declined at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment once it is transferred to the carrier.

On orders without Package Protection, we are not liable for carrier-related delays, delivery errors, or theft after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• The wrong product was shipped, or
• The product is demonstrably defective upon arrival

Claims must:

• Be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• Show the product unopened and in original condition

Failure to provide required documentation voids eligibility.

If approved, remedies are issued at our sole discretion as:

• Replacement product, or
• Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be considered fraudulent and disputed with supporting delivery confirmation, checkout acceptance records, and policy acknowledgment.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect the package
• Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or access issues at the delivery location.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
