Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders ship from within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at customersupport@coffeeandpeppers.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.

P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
